Refund policy

To be eligible:

• The return/exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product must have all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
• Products that have been damaged, stained, washed, altered, or used may not be accepted.
• For hygiene reasons, undergarments and innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
